Mary is skilled at aligning HR strategies—including talent development, engagement, and performance management—with business goals to foster growth and a healthy work environment. Known for her collaborative and approachable leadership, she is deeply committed to building high-performing, inclusive work cultures at CDSix and its subsidiaries, where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and discovering local coffee shops -- interests that reflect her curiosity, adaptability, and love for connecting with people from all walks of life.
